FaithForward Coaching Workshop Service Disclosure
The FaithForward Workshop includes four 60-minute coaching sessions to enhance participants' outlook on their lives and encourage them to know Jesus intimately for themselves, plus a 60-minute Opening Consultation before the workshop begins. Sessions are held virtually and consist of Bible study, review of study material, coaching, and discussion. Each session emphasizes one of FaithForward's core values: Purposeful, Inspiring, Equipping, Joyful.
Fee: $595, including one Opening Consultation and four Coaching Sessions. Payment is due before coaching begins.
Cancellations: at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a full or partial session fee, with exceptions at the coach's discretion for emergencies.
FaithForward Coaching Event Presentation Service Disclosure
FaithForward Coaching provides Event Presentations to enhance participants' outlook on their lives and encourage them to know Jesus intimately for themselves. Sessions consist of coaching and discussion, customized to your audience and event.
Fee: $345 per Event Presentation. Payment is due before or at the time of the presentation, with terms agreed upon prior to the event.
Cancellations: at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations may be charged a full or partial fee, with exceptions at the coach's discretion for emergencies.
This service is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or crisis intervention.It does not include mental health diagnosis or treatment, medical, psychiatric, or legal advice, or emergency or crisis services. Participants are encouraged to seek licensed professionals for medical, mental health, or legal concerns.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to participate openly and honestly in sessions, take responsibility for their own decisions and outcomes, communicate needs and boundaries as they arise, and seek appropriate professional support when needed.
Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential, except when disclosure is required by law or there is a risk of harm to the participant or others. Coaching sessions are not considered protected medical or mental health treatment.
No Guarantees
Coaching is a collaborative process. No guarantees are made regarding specific results or outcomes.
