FaithForward Coaching ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and trust of every participant. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide, typically your name, email address, phone number, and any details shared on our Disclosure Form, on the booking details form after a payment, or in direct communication. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

How We Use Your Information

Information is used solely to respond to inquiries, schedule the Discovery Call or Opening Consultation, deliver coaching services, and send updates you have requested. Communications are kept private between you and Coach George A. Williams.

Confidentiality

Conversations during coaching are held in strict confidence. Information shared will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or where there is a clear referral need to a licensed clinical professional, and only with your knowledge.

Data Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are in place to protect your information. However, no system is perfectly secure, and you share information at your own discretion.

Services We Use

To run this website we rely on a few trusted providers, who handle your information only to provide their service. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the forms you submit, Stripe processes payments for presentations and workshops, SendGrid delivers the email that tells us a form was sent, Google reCAPTCHA protects the forms from automated abuse, and Google Analytics shows us how the site is used.

reCAPTCHA checks how a visitor uses the form and sends device and browser information to Google. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that check. Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and to show which pages are read, when a phone number is tapped and when a form is sent. It does not tell us who you are, and you can opt out with Google's browser add-on.

Children

Coaching services for minors are arranged only through a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at the email or phone number below.
