Pastor George Williams is an ordained minister, a former United States Air Force captain, and a human resources leader with more than 30 years directing HR across multiple industries, including as Director of HR for Hillsborough County government. He founded FaithForward Coaching to help young people and families discover God’s purpose for their lives. He and his wife Marquita serve as prison-ministry campus pastors at Polk Correctional Institution through Free Life Chapel and God Behind Bars.
